What is a Personal Chef?

A personal chef cooks for families and individuals who lack time, require a healthier diet or just don't want to be bothered shopping and cooking. We personalize a menu just for your particular needs, shop for the freshest ingredients, prepare and package your entrees and leave easy to understand re-heating instructions.

What geographical area do you cover?

The Dinner Table serves Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, the west-end of Toronto and downtown Toronto.

Do you prepare special diet meals?

The Dinner Table will prepare low fat, low calorie, organic, vegetarian & low sodium meals. During our initial meeting I will discuss what foods you would like included and excluded.

Is it affordable?

The cost for service depends upon the number of people to be served. Average meal prices range from $15.00 to $17.00 per serving. Our prices include the cost of groceries and reusable food containers which are returned to The Dinner Table.

How do I heat my food?

Each entrée comes with detailed re-heating or baking instructions Some can be reheated in the microwave while others will need to be baked for 30-40 minutes in the oven.

Are side dishes included?

Yes, one side dish of potatoes, rice or pasta per entrée is included unless the entrée already has a starch or vegetable included, such as pasta dishes. A vegetable side dish is also included.

Are gift certificates available?

Gift Certificates are available.

What type of catering does The Dinner Table offer?

The Dinner Table caters home parties such as birthday parties, anniversary parties, showers or any social get together you are planning.

The Dinner Table will also cater your special dinner party for family and friends or a romantic dinner for two.

The Dinner Table also offers full corporate catering. We can cater your in-house working breakfast, lunch or dinner, staff appreciation lunches and client lunches.
